Sugar Free Banana-Berry Bread

Ingredients

1 cup mashed bananas
1/3 cup oil
2 large eggs
½ cup water
2 cups whole meal self-raising flour
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
1/4 cup Morlife Chia Seeds
1 cup Morlife 5 Berry Mix

Method

  1. Pre heat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Beat mashed banana, oil, eggs and water until creamy.
  3. Add flour, spices and Morlife Chia Seeds.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Add Morlife 5 Berry Mix and stir through well.
  6. Pour into a loaf tin lined with grease proof paper.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes or until knife or skewer inserted comes out clean.
  8. Cool on wire rack.
