Dark Chocolate Banana Pops

4 medium size bananas peeled and cut in half crosswise

Popsicle sticks

1 ½ cups dark chocolate (no added sugar) chips/buttons

¼ tsp coconut oil

TOPPINGS

A - Morlife Goji Antiox Toasted Muesli or Gluten Free Tropical Digest Muesli & pumpkin seeds

B - Morlife Goji Berries & diced dried apricots

C - Morlife Freeze Dried Pomegranate Arils & coconut chips

D - Chopped pistachio nuts & slivered almonds

E - Slivered almonds & shredded coconut

F - Morlife Snakes sliced in thin pieces & Quinoa puffs

1) Put chocolate chips/ buttons with the coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl and heat for at least 15 second intervals on medium power- stir between each one until melted. Use a wide mouth mug so the melted chocolate can cover at least ¾ of the length of the banana when it’s dip in the chocolate. Let it drip well as it make the toppings to stick to the chocolate and not to slide off.

2) Spread each topping on flat tray and roll the chocolate covered banana in the topping of choice. Put on a separate small tray with wax paper . Repeat the process for the other toppings then put in freezer for at least 30 minutes or until coating has hardened. Serve cold.
