Choc Fudge Graveyard Brownies

We've cooked up some ooey-gooey sinister sweets with a delectably dark secret...they're actually good for you! Packed with vegan protein powder, banana, Monk Fruit and made without refined sugar, these devilish bites make for the perfect Halloween treat. 


Graveyard Chocolate Fudge Brownies

PREP & SET TIME: 10 min prep & 15-20 min bake

INGREDIENTS

1 cup mashed banana
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup Morlife® Certified Organic Cacao Powder
1/2 cup Morlife® Plantiful Protein Chocolate Fudge protein powder
1 tsp Morlife® Certified Organic Monk Fruit
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Line an 8 x 8-inch pan with parchment paper and set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine all your ingredients and mix until smooth.
  2. Transfer the brownie batter to a lined pan and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the tops are firm.
  3. Remove the brownies from oven and gently press down on the tops to form a crackly top. Let them cool completely before slicing and serving.
