Teriyaki Quinoa Summer Rolls

Morlife Oreintal Ginger & Teriyaki Quinoa Risotto - cooked as per packet’s instructions

Rice paper wrappers - prepared as per packet’s instructions

Bean sprouts

Red cabbage thinly sliced

Carrots cut in strips

Yellow capsicum thinly sliced

Malaysian flavoured tofu or your choice - sliced

Mint

Sweet and sour or chilli sauce

1) Scoop 1 ½ tbsp of Morlife Teriyaki Quinoa Risotto and place in the middle of a damp rice paper roll.

2) Add tofu strips, sprouts, red cabbage, carrots, yellow capsicum and sprinkle with mint.

3) Fold sides and roll

4) Dip in sweet and sour sauce or sweet chilli to serve.
