Tummy Lovin' Chia Pud

 

Chia up a grumpy gut with this deliciously layered pud. Ripe with mango and creamy coconut goodness, it makes for a quick brekky, on-the-go snack or a tasty treat before bed.

 

Ingredients

 

1 ½ cup coconut milk

½ cup Morlife Certified Organic Chia Seeds

2 serves Morlife Complete Gut Restore 

½ cup frozen mango 

2 tbsp shredded coconut 

 

Method

 

  1. Whisk chia seeds, coconut milk and Complete Gut Restore until combined. Let soak for a minimum of 30 minutes or leave overnight.
  2. Defrost frozen mango and use back of fork to squish until thick mango paste is formed.
  3. Layer chia pudding, mango and shredded coconut in a glass or Mason jar and enjoy!
