Where are your products sourced from?
Morlife sources its raw materials from locations all over the world, including within Australia from local suppliers. For any particular ingredient we often source from different suppliers from time to time depending price, availability and seasonal variation. This means we do not have a fixed country of origin for any one ingredient.
We do take every step to ensure the consistent high quality of raw materials by adhering to HACCP standards and also complying with Australian standards and regulations. HACCP is an international food safety program which consists of systems and procedures to ensure that any potential risks that may affect the food are minimized or eliminated. Additionally, all certified organic products are certified in Australia by the Australian Certified Organic (ACO).

Where can I purchase your products from?
Morlife products can be purchased online at www.morlife.com or from Woolworths and select health food stores. Please be advised that each store may have a different range of products. The complete Morlife product range is only available on our website or our showroom which is located at 32 Technology Drive, Arundel, QLD, 4214.
How can I find out which health food stores stock Morlife products?
We have a large number of Health food stores that sell Morlife products. Please email us at directsales@morlife.com with your location to get your nearest store.
What is your shipping and return policy?
Australian orders
Freight is calculated upon checkout by Australia post. Freight is calculated depending on total weight, dimensions of an order, and location of the order.
Please allow 1-3 working days for processing, on top of the delivery times shown below.
Delivery times depend on a parcel's place of origin & its destination. The following table outlines the expected delivery times.

International Orders Shipping
Freight is calculated upon checkout by Australia Post. International orders are calculated based on weight and dimensions of the order. Please contact directsales@morlife.com for pricing.
All orders are sent by regular International Air Mail. Tracking numbers are not available for orders sent via regular air mail. If you would like to be able to track your parcel then please request for the parcel to be sent Express Post International, the extra charges will then be applied to the customer. If the tracking option is not requested by the customer, and the customer does not choose to pay extra for this service Morlife will not be held accountable for any delays or incurred expanses that may arrise.
We can send orders anywhere in the world by air post. Prices for overseas orders are in Australian dollars and are exempted from tax. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and we would suggest that you access the Australia Post site at http://www.australiapost.com.au/ and click on "international postage details". Please ensure you read the import restrictions, documentation and prohibitions relating to the country of destination.
Delays may occur in overseas shipments due to different carriers, postal services, regulations and systems of different countries or unforeseen natural circumstances. Morlife has no control over nor will it be responsible for any such delays or for loss or damage occasioned to the goods whilst it is in transit.
We would recommend to our international customers that they consider insuring the goods whilst in transit and would request that at the time of placement of the order you confirm if you wish to meet the extra cost associated with insuring the goods against damage whilst in transit.
RETURNS POLICY
Our company is committed to providing a high quality standard of products and service. We have HACCP and 1SO 9002 certification and must adhere to and maintain at all times the highest levels of food safety, cleanliness, quality assurance and control in all areas of our warehouse.

The following conditions will not be eligible for any credits, refunds or returns:
- The products ordered were part of a promotion or special
- If claims for defective products are not made within 14 days after receipt of goods (AUSTRALIA ONLY)
- The products have been opened or the customer has sampled and does not like the products
- The customer changes their mind or has made a mistake in their order
- If there is a sudden change of price. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to the dollar fluctuation exchange rates.
Please note: Morlife if not responsible for the freight costs of return if the cause of return is not Morlife's fault. If credit / refund / replacement is agreed upon, this will only be issued once the original items have been returned to Morlife.
I have a coupon for a free product, why is this not working?
For free product coupons you must firstly add the product the coupon is for to your shopping cart. For example if the coupon is for a free Senna Klenz tea, you will need to add that item to your cart. Upon checkout you will enter the coupon code and the coupon will deduct the value of the product from your order total. For example the Senna Klenz tea coupon will deduct $5.95 from your order total.
I am trying to submit my information for your free samples, contest, offers etc but I am unable to submit the form, what am I doing wrong?
Ensure you have filled out all required fields before pressing the submit button.
What are your payment methods?
Morlife accepts EFTPOS, VISA, MasterCard, PayPal, direct bank deposit on website and phone orders. Bartercard can be accepted only over the phone and email (bartercard is subject to approval).
I cannot log into my online account?
Try to reset your password, if you are still unsuccessful contact directsales@morlife.com and we respond with directions to reset your account.
Where are your products formulated?
All Morlife products are formulated in-house by our resident team of research nutritionists, naturopaths and food science technicians.
Is it safe to take your products during pregnancy/ breastfeeding?
Extra caution needs to be taken while a women is pregnant or breastfeeding. There are some herbs that are definitely not suitable to be used throughout this period, so you should never assume that if a product is natural, it is safe.
We advise that if you are currently pregnant or breastfeeding to always consult with your health professional before using a product you are unsure about.
Are your products Gluten Free?
Morlife has a wide range of products containing a variety of different ingredients. We have now begun testing certain products for gluten.
Morlife is proud to say that our entire snack range is verified gluten free through testing.
This range includes:
- Goji berries
- Five Berry Mix
- Dried Blueberries
- Chocolate Coated Goji berries
- Chocolate Coated Blueberries
- Chocolate Coated Macadamias
- Chocolate Coated five Berry Mix
- Chocolate Coated Almonds
- Chocolate Coated Cherries
Other Gluten free products (verified through testing) include:
- Acai powder
- Chia seeds
- Whey Protein Isolate
- Whey Protein Concentrate
- Soy Protein Isolate
- L-Glutamine
- Creatine
Morlife’s herbal teabag range does not have any gluten containing ingredients; however these products have not been tested, so we cannot say with 100% certainty that they are gluten free.
The same applies for Morlife’s Boosting Powders range; these products do not have gluten containing ingredients, yet have not been tested, so we do not make a gluten free claim. We have tested Alkalising Greens and it did come back with a gluten reading. So this product is not suitable if you are gluten intolerant.
Our Goji’antiox cereal range DOES CONTAIN GLUTEN. We have used gluten containing grains in the formulation.
