10 fresh medjool dates, de seeded 10 raw hazelnuts 3 tablespoons raw almond paste ¼ cup shredded coconut 1 teaspoon cocoa powder ½ teaspoon molasses ½ teaspoon cinnamon
Method
Split dates down the middle, once removing the seed.
Mix together almond paste, shredded coconut, cocoa, molasses and cinnamon.
In the split dates spoon some of the almond mixture then push in a hazelnut.
Repeat process until all 10 dates are complete.
